BOOKING
SECURE YOUR EVENT DATE
• To reserve your event’s date and time, a 50% deposit of the total rental cost is due within 24 hours of receiving the invoice.
• No later than ten (10) days prior to the event, the remaining balance is due.
• We require a credit card on file for event day for incidentals.
• A Cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. An event date may be rescheduled one time if done so within (15) days prior to the event. The deposit will be applied to the new date.
HOST RULES
• Outside Licensed Catering is allowed.
• All trash must be put in provided trash bins.
• NO Glitter or Confetti.
• NO SMOKING.
CLEANING PROTOCOL
The Scene Event Space is cleaned & disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC.
• Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning.
